Cardiothoracic Surgery

Cardiothoracic Surgery involves the surgical treatment of diseases affecting organs inside the thorax generally treatment of conditions of the heart and lungs. Cardiothoracic surgeons will also undertake training in the management of chest wall and oesophageal pathologies.
